Describe the feature

For example, there could be 3 enchants :

• One chopping the tree with the default breaking mode (the current enchant we have)
• One forcing the tree to be broken using instantaneous
• One forcing the tree to be broken using shift down

To allow server owners to restrict what players can do, this option should be a toggle in the configuration :

• Register default enchant (the current we have) : on/off
• Register specific enchants : on/off

If one of those is set to on, an enchant will be mandatory to break trees. Which mode is used depends on the enchant itself.
