Deleted the mod from Server and Client but it's still working?

Describe the bug
I saw that I can instant cut trees with another mod I have installed (Create, using a tool from the mod), but for some reason the mod still appears to work after deleting it from the mods folder from both Client and Server, I even tried to delete the config file but nothing.
It's the first time I have this happen when removing a mod, and I don't know what to do to fix it.
I have already removed many other mods from my server before, and also client-only mods, it only happened with this mod.

You mentionned deleting the config file. As the mod isn't loaded the file should still be missing. If mod was loaded config file should have been re-created.
Then what's causing it? Cuz the mod is still working as it used to before I deleted it, at least partially, since doing shift while cutting it doesn't break the tree slowly, but seems to just cut it normally. And no, a new config file wasn't generated.

That goes towards the fact that FallingTree isn't there anymore.
When you search in the "mods" menu it isn't revelant as it only shows the client mods, not the server ones. Though from the logs of the server we can see it isn't loaded.
What I'd personally do is trying to narrow down which mod does that by removing them step by step.
- Make a new world so you can try stuff on
- Remove halfs the mods
2.1 If the behavior is still here, then it is one of the mods still present, go back to step 2
2.2 If the behavior is gone, then it is one of the mods you removed, go back to step 2 by using the half you previously removed - When you have 1 (or a few) mod(s) you should know which one it is
As you have ~100mods it should take less than 10 checks to narrow it down to 1 mod.
Also, gotta check you don't have any data-packs that could provide the same behavior.
Netherite should be supported by FallingTree.
For which mod I have no idea, I actually don't really play Minecraft since years 😆
I don't have any datapacks installed that might do that. And I've noticed that the trees are only instantly cut by Wood, Stone, Iron, Gold and Diamond axes, and not by Netherite or any other axe from the other mods I have. And that it also only works if I cut one of the log pieces at the tree's base, and the axe suffers the whole durability hit as cutting the whole tree, up to a maximum of 100 blocks.
I made a new world to test this.
Do you know of any mods that could fit this description?
