Describe the bug:
If you minimize Minecraft, don't turn it off, just minimize the window, and then go back into it, the fps will drop to 5 and won't go higher.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior (e.g.):

1. Minimize minecraft window
2. Open Minecraft again by clicking on its icon on the bottom panel
3. FPS dropped to 5 and won't go higher

• Active Mods [A lot, but I'm sure it's not a mod conflict.]

This partially fixed the problem, now I have 80 fps instead of 5, and it doesn’t go higher.

FM can't be the reason for that. That makes no sense.
Try it with only FM installed and you will see it works fine.

This didn't happen before update 3.4.3

Yeah and it still can't be FM's fault. I did not change anything in 3.4.3 that could even remotely cause something like that.
