Describe the bug
Whether you use a float(1.0) or percentage(100), the element just can't be fully filled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (e.g.):

1. Add a progress bar element and set its progress to full
2. The glitch appears as the image displays
   

Expected behavior
Make the bar fully filled when its actually full.
