Describe the bug
No matter how much I set the frame_time value, the FMA animation seems to play at 60fps

• Minecraft Version 1.20.1
• Active Mods fancymenu_fabric_3.4.6_MC_1.20.1,konkrete_fabric_1.8.1_MC_1.20.1,melody_fabric_1.0.4_MC_1.20.1-1.20.4,fabric-api-0.92.3+1.20.1

I am pretty sure menus are locked at 60 FPS, so the animation can't play with more frames than that.
