I tested it in my “Bedrock Reloaded” modpack and tested it in a clean instance with only FancyMenu and its dependencies. I open the game without customizing the interfaces, then place it in the FancyMenu configuration folder and press the shortcut to reload the interfaces. But it doesn't seem to work; I have to press the button for it to work.

I was unable to reproduce this. Pressing CTRL + ALT + R to reload FancyMenu works fine for me.

I just retested it on the latest version of the mod and fabric—this bug still appears. What could be causing this? Could it be something to do with the keyboard?

Yes, it can definitely be related to your keyboard. What keyboard layout do you use? Anything special maybe?
It could also be another program or your OS that blocks or consumes the key combination used to reload FM.

I use the ABNT2 layout. Is it possible to change the shortcut to something else?
In any case, I will check if it is the fault of some background program.
