Describe the bug
By clicking on the button, right-click on the singleplayer (vanilla button) and delay appearance and Delay: off . After that, the automatic button clicks opens.

Not reproducible in Forge, will check it later in Fabric.

I don't even know if I understood the problem tbh.
You mean the "Auto Button Click" menu is getting opened when you click on "Delay: Off/On/First Time" in the "Appearance Delay" sub context menu, right?
