Animated backgrounds giving me a seizure if the resource pack is accidentally unloaded

Describe the bug
If I unload a resource pack, the background flashes with white and the purple/black "No texture" image. It goes away after a minute or so of this.

To Reproduce
Make background animation, unload the resource pack, restart.

Expected behavior
To not have my eyes destroyed

What? It should just show the no texture image. It shouldn't flash repeatedly and blind me

That's not a bug, that's just you unloading the pack. That's how it works.
