Deleted/hidden vanilla elements get visible again if a layout with them not deleted is loaded after the layout that deleted them

Noticed in Forge 1.19.2 (probably all versions)
Check in MainMenuHandler, if element got deleted already and if so, don't make visible again (or don't apply other customizations at all)
