Rename `RenderWidgetBackgroundEvent` to `DrawWidgetBackgroundEvent` and force-load class in mod init

This fix is already implemented in the Forge 1.16.X version
Fixes a strange ClassNotFound error (probably because of a mod conflict of some sort)
