Add ability to use placeholders as X/Y position and width/height of elements

New default entry in right-click context menu: Advanced Positioning
- Click opens menu screen with 2 text boxes (x, y)
- If "advanced positioning" strings not empty and contain valid integers:
  - Disable normal position calculation (orientation, etc.) and stretching
  - Disable Orientation and Stretching buttons in right-click context menu
New default entry in right-click context menu: Advanced Sizing
- Click opens menu screen with 2 text boxes (width, height)
- If "advanced sizing" strings not empty and contain valid integers:
  - Disable normal size calculation
