Describe the bug
Using a localization key in the menu title doesn't change the title. If the title previously was set without a localization key, it keeps showing the one from the cache (I guess?)

//e: Aight; I had to go into the GUI txt file and edit the title there, but the issue persists (see screenshots)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (e.g.):

1. Add a localization file
2. Go to a custom layout, edit the Menu Title
3. Insert the localization key
4. Title doesn't change (even after game restart)

Expected behavior
Localize the menu title.

Game Log
No logging of this behaviour in latest.log.
