Make "Play Vanilla Menu Music" toggleable per Audio element

  • Vanilla music can be toggled off in every Audio element
  • In case of multiple Audio elements, prioritize elements with DISABLED Vanilla music (in other words, music off if at least one Audio element has it disabled)
  • Keep old settings entry to enable/disable music globally, but Audio elements with Vanilla music DISABLED have higher priority
