Seems to work fine in 1.20.4, but maybe older or newer versions are affected?

Hello, I'm experiencing this bug on 1.19.2 with just FancyMenu 3.3.2 and its dependencies installed. The background shows up just fine in the editor but when I'm not in the editor I just see the dirt background.

I am also on Forge 43.4.0.

Upon further investigation, I've learned that downgrading to FancyMenu 3.2.2 seems to fix the issue, so something might've happened between 3.2.2 and 3.2.3.
