If a image/button texture fails to load from a web source, it uses the secondary texture which can be only have minecraft source or local source.

Will be very useful for many modpacks makers.

I will not add this, sorry. If you want a fallback image for an Image element, just place another one behind it. It will only be visible when the main one doesn’t load.
