Solid Color Backgrounds

Add a background type option "Solid Color" (or for EN-GB localization "Solid Colour"), which would allow for entering a color's Hex Code, and then the background would be that color. Potentially also opens up the background menu to support more color options (gradients, etc.) later?Eh

That kinda exists already, but only if you have Drippy Loading Screen installed :D
It adds exactly this background type, but yeah, will add it to the base mod in the future probably.
