Suggestion on version 1.21.1 the "panorama" is in every gui in settings and some... You can remake this "panorama" like 1.21.1 and integrate previous versions in v3 (if possible, also v2). Thanks

You can just do that yourself. Add a panorama background to all menus with a universal layout. I will not backport Vanilla features.
