"Join Server" action not work in disconnected screen

Describe the bug
I use "Join Server" action to let players reconnect to my server quickly when they are disconnected. I find this bug when I update my FancyMenu to 3.7.1 from 3.6.4.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (e.g.):

  1. Add "Join Server" action to any element (button/ticker/etc.) in disconnected screen.
  2. Save the layout and try it ingame. You will find it doesn't work.

Expected behavior
Make the "Join Server" action work in disconnected screen.
