[TB 3.8.0] More buttons to be added back into the action script creation screen

Describe MY idea? Aight
Hey I love the minimal look but I have a feeling that new or returning users are gonna be confused by the lack of buttons to create if statements and actions.
If you don't fully agree then maybe just a little + button in the bottom right of the script body screen would be nice.
