Describe the bug
The tooltip doesn't follow the cursor correctly on my custom build compiled based on FancyMenu 3.5.2 with a 3.8.0 tooltip-%n%-related commit cherrypicked.

I pulled your 3.5.2 branch and cherrypicked your commit 30219b7 on FM 3.8.0. I made this build only for my personal test usage for version 3.8.0 of FancyMenu.

• FancyMenu Version: 3.5.2 + 30219b7 cherrypicked
• Forge Version: 47.3.0
• Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
• Active Mods: Only FancyMenu and its depens

Tell Mojang, not me. This is just how Vanilla tooltips work. Try yourself with the tooltips of the Accessibility Settings screen.
