We have webtext rn but it takes only first line. It will be really cool to have it kinda like multiline webtext from V2.

Also there are some usecases for multiline webtext like changelog or some kind of news (for example changlog for newer version of modpack).

That already exists. Just set the text source of the Text element to "Web" (is "Local" by default), then use an URL with text content.
