Changing coordinate scale does not affect End generation

It works for the overworld and nether just fine though.

On that topic, maybe allow each dimension to be configurable separately?

wow, this is embarrassing. turns out that i simply didn't add the mixin to the JSON. 🤦‍♂
it's been around since the 23rd of February...
