closing as the notice on this mod's readme has announced discontinuation for a while now - feel free to reopen in future if work starts again
When cubic chunks is updated to 1.14+, an optional rewrite of light which would allow for this is planned to be implemented, so maybe this could piggyback off of that somehow. The default CC option though will to make world size configurable so you don't see where lighting breaks.
