I don't know much about 20w21a's custom world settings but they probably either currently or in the future will support configuring it.
closing as the notice on this mod's readme has announced discontinuation for a while now - feel free to reopen in future if work starts again
As of 1.16 pre2 configuring it isn't supported yet, all that happens is that the values are stored in the exported world files.
