Break down Prismarine to get Prismarine Shards on a cutting board

Similar to quartz blocks with quartz, prismarine can be made out of 4 prismarine shards.
It would be nice to be able to break the prismarine into prismarine shards with a pickaxe on a cutting board, thanks!
