Mantle heart renderer causes Farmers Delight Comfort effect to display incorrectly

Mantle replaces the vanilla heart renderer when you have more max health than normal with one that overlays the hearts on top of one another, rather than stacking vertically like in vanilla.
However when the mantle heart renderer is in effect the comfort renderer displays well below where it should:
