This is a short guide on how to make sure your issue is effective. Please read everything here before posting; breaking the guidelines below may result in it being closed without an answer.

1. Have a suggestion? Post it in the Discussions tab!

The Issues board is for problems with the mod; once the problem is resolved in some way, the issue is then closed. I can't really "close" suggestions since they have nothing to be resolved, so they often end up cluttering the Issues board.

If you would like to propose ideas for the mod, please use the Discussions tab. In it, posts can be upvoted, and you can reply individually to messages, making it a better place to discuss ideas.

2. Use the Bug Report template

This board has a Bug Report form set up. Filling this form with all requested information will greatly help me figure out what happened, so we can find a solution for it!

3. Always search the board before posting an issue

Sometimes you may find a problem that someone else has reported already. Before posting a new issue, use the search bar on the issue board to search common words regarding your problem.

For example: if the Stove caused a crash, you could search for "stove" and/or "crash" as keywords and look around. You can remove the is:open keyword to show both open and closed issues; your problem might have already been solved!
