[1.19.2]: Despite being usable as a weapon, skillets are able to break blocks in creative mode

Description
In Minecraft game by Mojang, weapons like tridents and swords are not able to break blocks in creative mode, while skillets, a weapon, is able to break blocks in creative mode.
Steps to reproduce
- get yourself one skillet
- Go into creative mode
- break a block with it
- observe that you can break blocks
