kinda sure it has to do with the missing mods (since gobber is from the gobber2 mod, and banglum for the fabric mod "mythic metals" (i got ultimate knowledge abt ores lmao), is there any way to prevent those errors from appearing? since they are visually annoying.

Yeah this happens due to what you've said already, not sure if anything can be done about this but I'll keep this open for the time being as it isn't ideal
