Is this intended or a bug that tea wont brew unless there is water already on the kettle and then I add the water.

Currently I'm having to add the water first and then the 2 tea leaves.

I would expect the kettle to start brewing as soon as water was added back into it.

PS: If 2 leaves are already 1 on each slot, taking out either of them and placing them back will start the brewing process.

PS2: Also if we have more than 1 leaf on any of the slot and we right click to take half, that will also trigger the start brewing.
