Describe the Issue

Minecraft 1.18.2/Fabric 0.13.3/FFB 10.0.0

Melon and pumpkin stems will grow as expected on fertilized farmland. However, the melon/pumpkin blocks which spawn beside the stem will not grow on any of the types of fertilized farmland.

All other crops grow on fertilized farmland without issue.
