Fertilized Farmland uses the old farmland texture

Forge v28.1.109
Farming for Blockheads v5.3.1

Currently, the Fertilized Farmland uses the old farmland texture instead of the new one introduced in 1.14.4

The Fertilized Farmland is also missing an effective tool as it is not mined faster with a shovel.
