If I load up a new world with all default settings and break any block, and the game will crash.

If you have MalisisCore installed that's most likely the cause. A bug in the Mixin code is the primary cause for the immediate crash when breaking a block. That's what i experienced atleast.

The same bug happens to me and i cant provide any crash logs since the game does not crash, the internal server simply disconnects you.
This is what happens on block breaking:

this is caused by malisiscore's mixin code being shoddy. for now, it can be worked around by removing it.
