Breaking animations don't display overtop opaque textures, and are obstructed by clear textures. Only displays on cactus at the very end of the break cycle, when the animation peeks past the cactus texture.
Tested with only FP2+Dependencies, also tested with/without Optifine.

In 0.0.1.613 I have not noticed any issues with seeing the breaking animation on blocks.

oh yeah, i fixed this in 2cec6ed but forgot to close the issue.
