Describe the bug you're experiencing

1.12.2 (specifically SevTech 3.2.3) crashes with the following stack trace when the mod is installed by itself:

The issue is resolved by installing https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mixin-booter

Reproducability

Install the mod on 1.12.2.
Start the game.

Mod up to date

Before submitting this issue I updated to the newest version and reproduced it
