Describe the bug
I installed the mod correctly, I see the slider for simulated render distance but the simulated render distance doesn't work at all.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'video settings'
2. Increase sim render distance up
3. sim render distance doesn't work

Expected behavior
To see the simulated render distance

Simulated render distance is soley a vanilla thing, this mod doesnt affect it
