[Bug]: Visible chests in unrendered chunks with Create

Describe the bug you're experiencing

Chests, campfires, and a few other tile entities are visible outside of render distance if you've seen them before. They only disappear once you go farther away from them than the distance set in Farsight's config. Disabling Flywheel's backend solves the problem, so this probably has something to do with how Create keeps chests and contraptions visible from farther away.

Reproducability

Using Create 1.19.2 v0.5.0i

  1. Place a chest in a visible spot.
  2. Back away from it until the chunk it's it unrenders.
  3. Notice that the chest is still visible. If fog is on, the chests appears the fog's color and when using Distant Horizons, the chest is black if it's underground.

Here's the setup I built

Speaking of Distant Horizons, another good way to reproduce this is to install that mod, fly around for a bit to generate some structures with chests, and then behold as all of them stay on your screen! (the black dots in the image)

I'm also experiencing this issue in 1.18.2

All farsight does it keep the chunk in existence, instead of unloading it so probably needs to be fixed on flywheel's tile entity rendering end
