Feature description

For a while I've noticed something rather annoying that interrupts my build flow. Stack Refill works as expected for stuff in the main inventory, but when it comes to the hotbar, it doesn't work like I thought. It might be the fact I've used Quark until they left this feature out (deeming it "unportable" or something), but I cannot refill the stack I'm holding from my other hotbar slots. Perhaps this could be done? If it is already in, please let me know so that I may update to the relevant version.
