Feature description

the abbility to mute sounds that some from a specific location. For example I don't want to hear the 100 chicken in my chicken farm but I don't want to globally mute chickens

That can be useful. For now I'd recommend the culling feature:

/omegamute cull 1 .ambient
/omegamute cull 1 .step

It'll only give one chicken sound per second, and should make a big farm very managable
