[Bug] [4.4.0] [mc:1.16.5] Furnaces sometimes stop working and allow item duplication

Sometimes furnaces stop smelting, destroying them (digging) drops there contents.
But when you reconnect they are still there with there item content, while you also having the dropped items.
The process can now be repeated...

after further investigation, this might not be a fastfurnace bug.
