Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
No, not related to a problem - animated particles was removed with fancier block particles compared to FBP. I'd really like to see that make a return. It provides consistency across the particles that are created with respect to visual representation and looks better with shaders and texture packs that create a more animated look and feel to the game.

Re-add animated block particles from the original FBP mod.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative is to return to the original FBP mod - however, the original FBP mod has its own issues, i.e. breaking a bunch of particle effects from dynamic surroundings, which is something that this version of the mod has corrected in its most recent alpha version.
By "animated" i'm referring to the cartoon-stylization of the particles which makes them a solid color. I'll grab a screenshot later, but at the moment I've already reverted to the original FBP mod so I'll have to swap this one back in.

Very few people used the cartoon style, and it was adding extra complexity, so I decided to ditch it, I may come back and re add it in the future if demand is high enough.
But I much rather spend my time bringing FBP to more people for now, so if you really want it you can stay on the older version, by older version I mean Fancier Block Particles 0.1, which already had bug fixes and optimizations, it's only in 0.2 that cartoon rendering was removed.
