I have the option enabled but I don't hear the difference.

I opened the mod in 7z and listened to the 2 sounds.

I tried to check in texture packs but I dont see any texture pack that could replace or have a higher priority than the mod Female Gender Mod

Also the hurt sound is the default from Vanilla Minecraft
