[1.12.2] Modded textures (Such as fire) do not render properly with "onDemandAnimatedTextures", worse with Optifine/Nothrium

I dunno if this is know already but the fire texture when mobs are set on fire will not animate correctly, unless the onDemandAnimatedTextures
is set to false then the fire will animate correctly.
This can affect modded fire textures too and if tossing in Quark which changes how the vanilla fire renders... the fire won't animate at all or only play a few frames unless onDemandAnimatedTextures
is false.

Section 1: 0:00 - onDemandAnimatedTextures
is TRUE
Section 2: 0:21 - onDemandAnimatedTextures
is FALSE
Section 3: 0:42 - Quark is added & onDemandAnimatedTextures

The Tinker's Related stuff & Betweenlands aren't needed as this can happen with the vanilla fire, but I had to show some modded fire animations.
The Fire might animate if there's a fire 'block', this was tested outside the video.
As of 5.22 "onDemandAnimatedTextures" is now disabled by default with an added warning about incompatibilities.
onDemandAnimatedTextures when disabled it cause my game to lag like hell(worse then microsoft powerpoint)
and is possible to release fix of optfine?
and on original vanillafix that wasn't broken
onDemandAnimatedTextures being disabled is vanilla behavior, it does not cause your game to lag any more than running without the mod does.
Optifine is inherently incompatible with onDemandAnimatedTextures as it has its own similar feature.
Enable "Smart Animations" in the Optifine video settings and leave onDemandAnimatedTextures disabled.

for me will drop to like <10FPS
So use Optifine's "Smart Animations", it does the same thing.
If you still have FPS issues with that enabled and onDemandAnimatedTextures disabled, then your issues lie elsewhere.

Yes
I still have that issue(but if optfine is not installed then is fine)
