[MC1.12.2][v1.0.6] Extremely Compressed Bone Meal still doesn't get used up, but it does when tree can't grow.

As the title says, when you right click a sapling with an extremely compressed bone meal to grow giant trees, the bone meal still doesn't get used up, however you lose the bone meal when the tree can't grow due to lack of space.
Tested on Minecraft 1.12.2 with the Mod's version 1.0.6 and Forge build 1.12.2-14.23.5.2814.
