Issue description

I am using a self-made modpack and I have the Feywild pack and "Light Overlay" mod installed. For some reason the Overlay won't show up while in the Eternal Fall biome. If I leave the biome with the overlay on it will appear.

Steps to reproduce

1. have both Feywild and Light Overlay mods installed
2. Find 1 Feywild Biome and one from another mod or vanilla
3. Turn on overlay
4. Look at the ground with both biomes
