  Will o Wisp can spawn in game in the Frozen Retreat

• Add Goal Untamed Will O Wispe
  The Will o Wisp will lure you to a location. When player reaches location it will fly away 3x. At last location it will either spawn random treasure chest, or 4 zombie villagers around player.
