Fey dust turns into Lapis Lazuli

Fey dust is pilled up very easily, after a while we had tons of stacks on the server. We need other ways to make it usefull other then mana.
Turn 9x Fey Dust into Lapis Lazuli.
Can also create away to compress Fey Dust and turn it into Lapis.
Ideas are welcome.
