1.18.1 using v3.02

I tried installing on the server one point think I saw client type error assuming not a server mod or needed. In single player it works in MP it has never worked in 1.18 on Fabric for me.

I'm wondering if it's suppose to be on server side or not and if not then it's for sure being naughty online.
