In 1.19.x the execution order of the getBlockState and removeBlock was changed.
Which leaves to a different behavior compare to 1.16.5 and 1.18.x. and so the server could have a miss matching block Information compared to the client.

This is less and issue on real dedicated server and client setups, but is an issue on local instances without a real separate dedicated server and shared stats.
