Describe the bug
After changing languages, the game often has to be restarted for those changes to take effect in FL's translation system. This happens because the language map was set up to use the original locale and never refreshed when locale changed.

Versions (please complete the following information, do NOT say "latest"):

• Minecraft: 1.14-1.17.1
• Mod Version: 5.0.2
